Lovely

I’m not perfect, but I am lovely

I have many imperfections

Yet my air is that of Kings & Queens

Not those of misconceptions

I’m not perfect, but I am lovely

My faults are underscored

Yet I choose to stand with strength divine

As my silent lioness roars

I’m not perfect, but I am lovely

Underestimates have smirked with chide

So I quietly tread an intrepid path

Through my inherent inner guide

I’m not perfect, but I am lovely

I was born to live this tale

And what I’ve endured in this life sings…

“Hallelujah to the Grail”

Im not perfect, but I am lovely

My life will rise and fall

I’ll live in goodness, no matter what

And Lovely will conquer all
